Geothermal Energy systems for home and business in New Hampshire and Massachusetts
If you want to have a more comfortable, energy efficient home you MUST read this!
Which of the following is important to you?
Saving money by taking control of the increasing heating bills
Having a comfortable, energy efficient home while cutting heating costs ... up to 60%!
Having a safe home for you and your family
Being conscious about the environment
Energy savings going towards important family investments
A Geo-thermal system is highly recommended for all new construction projects, whether it be residential or commercial. There are federal tax rebates and state incentive programs which can reduce your cost up to 50%.
The most efficient and economical resource for heating and cooling your home is right in your own front yard. Just a few feet under the ground surrounding your home, there's an amazing energy source just waiting to be tapped. It's free, clean and endlessly renewable. It can provide constant and consistent heating and cooling for your home, while heating much of the water your family uses.
The Benefits
Cost Effective
Did you know most homeowners are seeing a 45% savings for heating and 70% for A/C?
After credits, rebates and incremental costs for geo-thermal are less than $30 per month on a mortgage payment.
Savings are in excess of $50 per month on average.
Geo-thermal pays for itself in the 1st month. The true cost of owning a home is mortgage plus energy. It costs less to own a home with geo right from the start. Why not build the cost into your home mortgage?
Geo-thermal HVAC Installation Costs and Savings
System for new construction $6,000 - $15,000 above conventional HVAC Systems
Potential Yearly Savings on Heating and Cooling Costs $1,500 - $2,200 per year
*Federal tax credit of 30% of system costs. Local cash rebates up to $2,000
*Listed costs do not include current and future State, Federal and manufacturer rebates and incentives that you may qualify for.Since each installation is custom designed final cost estimates can only be determined after a detailed review of your location and a review of available rebates and incentive programs.

On average, a geo-thermal heat pump system costs about $2,500 per ton of capacity, or roughly $7,500 for a 3-ton unit (typical residential size). In comparison, other systems would cost about $4,000 with air conditioning. When included in the mortgage, the homeowner has a positive cash flow from the beginning. For example, the extra $3,500 might add $30 per month to a monthly mortgage payment. The energy cost savings will easily exceed this added amount over the course of the year.
On a retrofit, geo-thermal energy's high efficiency typically means much lower utility bills, allowing the investment to be recouped in five to ten years. In addition, some utility companies have financing packages that make the purchase of a geo-thermal system even less expensive. Some services provide special rates for homes with geo-thermal systems.
Durability
Because they use fewer mechanical components, and because those components are sheltered from the elements such as leaves, dirt, and possible vandalism, geo-thermal heat pumps are highly reliable and remain durable. The underground piping used in a geo-thermal system often has a 25 to 50 year warranty, and geo-thermal heat pumps typically last 20 years or more.
No more turning your thermostat up and down to save money. Geo-thermal operates more efficiently by consistently keeping your home at a desired temperature.
Low Maintenance
Geo-thermal heat pump systems have fewer maintenance requirements than most other systems. When properly installed, the underground components are virtually worry-free. The components in the living space are easily accessible, which increases the convenience factor and helps ensure that the upkeep is done on a timely basis.
Year-Round Comfort
Like a typical forced-air furnace or central air-conditioning system, a geo-thermal system uses ductwork. A two-speed geo-thermal heat pump is so quiet inside a house that users do not know it is operating. There are no tell-tale blasts of cold or hot air at any time.Geo-thermal heat pumps also improve humidity control naturally.
Quiet Operation
Geo-thermal heat pumps use no outside condensing units (as you get with conventional air conditioners), so there is no noise or humming to bother either you or your neighbors.
The US Department of Energy (DOE) also lists the benefits of geo-thermal heating systems.
